This is the 90cm Lacanche Moderne induction version of the Lacanche Busyy range cooker. As with every Lacanche cooker, this 90cm induction range cooker borrows from Lacanche's professional heritage. The induction hob is one of the top performing induction hobs on the market and boasting both electric static and convection fan ovens, this small range cooker has a massive heart.
Due to their bespoke nature, Lacanche cookers are hand built to order which explains the long lead time.
