Lacanche range cookers have been manufactured at the same foundry in Lacanche, Burgundy, France for the past 200 years. Nowadays, the Lacanche range cooker is hand built to order alongside its sister products Ambassade de Bourgogne (Domestic) and Ambassade de Bourgogne (Professional). All three brands have the same deliberate philosophy: offer phenomenal, truly professional performance and versatility whilst maintaining an implicit simplicity making them simple to use and maintain.
Raymond Blanc, who has his pick of range cookers to champion, has a Lacanche range cooker in his kitchen at Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons and has used it during his television series: ‘How to Cook Well’ and 'Raymond Blanc's Christmas Feast'. It is telling that such a world renowned chef would chose to be associated with the Lacanche brand.
Edwards & Godding are one of only 25 UK main dealers and we have several Lacanche range cookers on display.
