BioFresh is Liebherr's climate-controlled storage system. It holds food just above 0°C at the ideal humidity for what's inside: high for fruit and vegetables, and low for meat and dairy. BioFresh Professional adds HydroBreeze, a cool mist that keeps produce crisp, and a –2°C safe for fish and seafood. Flavour, texture and nutrients last up to five times longer than in a standard fridge, and lettuce stays crisp for up to 13 days instead of two. That means less waste and fewer trips to the shops.
Liebherr built-in fridges, freezers and fridge freezers fit into your kitchen behind cabinetry doors matched to the rest of the room. They come in a wide range of niche sizes, and their layouts suit almost any storage need.
Choose between the Pure, Plus, Prime and Peak range for increasingly impressive features, from BioFresh and soft-close doors, to premium materials and intelligent lighting. On top-of-range models you'll find VarioTemp, which turns the freezer into an extra cooling zone, and InfinitySpring, a plumbed-in chilled water dispenser set flush inside the fridge.
Liebherr's integrated fridge freezers fit niches of 122cm, 158cm, 178cm and 203cm, so there's a size to suit most kitchen plans. NoFrost means the freezer never needs defrosting, and BioFresh safes keep fresh food in ideal conditions for longer. On selected models, VarioTemp lets you set the freezer anywhere from −2°C to +14°C, so it can serve as a second fridge when you're entertaining.
Built-in fridges fit niches from 88cm to 178cm, with fixed-door or sliding-door fitting to suit your cabinetry. SoftSystem closes the door gently, so bottles stay upright even when the door racks are full. GlassLine door shelves and drawers keep everything in view. Energy use is impressively low.
Liebherr integrated freezers fit niches of 72cm, 88cm, 140cm and 178cm, from a compact under-counter model to a full-height column. NoFrost means no defrosting, ever, and low-energy LED lighting keeps the interior bright and clear.

Liebherr's XL and XXL built-in appliances make more of a tall niche. The XL fridge fits a 194cm niche, 16cm taller than the standard 178cm. That gives around 30 litres more space, plus three BioFresh safes that keep food fresh for up to five times longer.
The XXL fridge freezer is both taller and wider, at 194cm high and 75cm wide, and holds around 100 litres more than a standard model. It has extra-wide BioFresh safes and door shelves, and VarioTemp to turn the freezer into extra fridge space when you need it. Prime models are rated B for energy efficiency, best in their class.
Monolith is Liebherr's flagship: premium, fully integrated column refrigeration. Fridge and freezer columns are sold separately, so you can install them side by side as a single statement run, or in different parts of the kitchen, wherever suits the way you cook. Each column sits full height behind a door matched to your cabinetry, or in Liebherr's own stainless steel.
Inside the fridge, BioFresh-Plus gives three drawers with independent climate control, including one that goes down to −2°C for fish and seafood. InfinitySpring provides filtered chilled water from a flush dispenser. The freezer columns use NoFrost, so they never need defrosting, and an automatic IceMaker produces filtered ice. PowerCooling circulates cold air right through the cabinet, including behind the door, so everything is held at an even temperature.
The Monolith range extends to wine, with built-in wine cabinets, available with left or right hinges, designed to stand alongside the fridge and freezer columns. Sensors in each compartment warn you of any temperature change, keeping your collection in cellar conditions.
Wine needs a steady temperature, both for long-term storage and for serving. Liebherr's built-in wine cabinets hold precisely controlled conditions and protect bottles from light and vibration. Multi-temperature models with different zones store different wines at their ideal temperatures, ready to serve.
