Our certified Gas Safe Registered and Oftec Approved Engineers are fully AGA trained. We service almost every model of AGA and Rayburn, whatever its age, and we only use authentic AGA and Rayburn parts.
We're one of AGA’s original five distributors and have been working with these cookers since 1932. We're a third-generation family business, so you'll speak to the same people when you call, and see the same faces at the door when your service comes round.
How often your AGA or Rayburn needs to be serviced depends on the fuel your cooker uses. We service gas and oil models of every age, including oil, gas and LPG Rayburn cookers, the 13-amp and 30-amp electric AGA cookers, the AGA Total Control and Dual Control, the 3 Series, R3, 7 Series, R7 and eR7, cookers fitted with AIMS, and the current range – the AGA Signature (eR7), Signature Induction (eR7i), Classic (R7), Compact (eR3) and Mini (AGA 60).

What an AGA or Rayburn service involves depends on your cooker. We come prepared, leave your kitchen as we found it, and switch your cooker back on before we leave. We keep a note of when your next service falls due, and send you a reminder when the time comes to book.
Oil models We take out the burner and clean it, clear the flue ways of soot, and replace the wicks. We check and adjust the thermostat, the seals and the burner settings, then bring the cooker up to temperature to confirm the ovens are holding where they should.
Gas models We take out the burner and clean it, clear the flue ways, and check and adjust the thermostat and seals. We finish with a gas tightness test and a spillage test, which confirm that the gas is contained and that everything combustion produces is drawn up and away through the flue.
13-amp electric models Because there's no burner and no flue, these cookers do not require a full service. We check the elements, the wiring and the thermostat, and confirm the cooker is running to specification.
Modern electric AGA cookers Because there's no burner and no flue, these cookers do not require servicing, but we are on hand if you have any issues, or if anything needs an engineer's attention.
Rayburn cookers We check the burners, clear the flue way, and inspect the baffle plates and seals. On gas models we carry out gas tightness and spillage tests, as we do on a gas AGA.
