The Roma 90cm 6 Zone Induction range cooker features a single soft-close oven door and full-width storage drawer. The Roma has a clean modern style with contemporary knobs and handles. The Roma features ILVEs unique E3 precision temperature control, this allows you to adjust the temperature in just 5 degrees increments with minimal temperature fluctuation. Oven Functions
The Roma 90cm 6 Zone Induction range cooker features a large 97 litre oven capacity giving you plenty of space to cook large dishes. You have a choice of 15 oven functions including quick start rapid heat up that heats the oven to 200 degrees in 6 minutes, and a pizza setting that recreates a traditional pizza furnace at 300 degrees. The baking setting uses a circular fan element to distribute heat evenly. With the right hand oven is a specially designed rotisserie, perfect for cooking joints of meat. With the new steam discharge vent, you can control the humidity in the oven by eliminating condensation when cooking a high water based dish like a stew, or by retaining the moisture when baking bread. The oven includes two dual-height halogen lighting for perfect visual control and easy clean enamel oven lining. All ILVE range cookers are A+ rated for energy efficiency.
Both medium induction zones feature bridge zone technology that can be connected together to create one large cooking area.
Hob Details
The Roma 90cm 6 Zone Induction range cooker has 6 induction zones: 2 x 1.4kW induction zones, 2 x 1.85kW induction zones and 2 x 2.3kW induction zones. The hob features a digital display with easy to clean induction zones. The hob has specialist induction functions such as power boost, automatic boil and a heat-up function. The Roma 90cm 6 Zone Induction hob is energy efficient and a fast way to cook.

Safety Features
ILVEs cookers are designed to ensure the safety of its users, including triple-glazed glass doors which are cool to touch. The cooker includes a fascia fan to keep the controls cool and a child safety lock, perfect for young families. The induction hop top has unique safety features including a child safety lock for hob zones and an overspill detection sensor. An induction hob is the safest way to cook, as the zones will only begin to heat when the pan is present.
