The Milano includes ILVEs unique E3 precision temperature control, allowing you to adjust the temperature in just 5 degree increments with minimal temperature fluctuation. The Milano 100cm 6 Burner range cooker features a single soft close oven door and full width storage drawer.
Oven Functions
The Milano 100cm 6 Burner range cooker features 2 large ovens, a left-hand oven with a 65 litre oven capacity and the right hand oven with a 57 litre capacity giving you plenty of space to cook. There is a choice of 15 oven functions including quick start rapid heat up that heats to 200 degrees in 6 minutes. The pizza setting recreates a traditional pizza furnace at 300 degrees. Both ovens include specially designed rotisserie, perfect for cooking joints of meat. The range cookers baking setting uses a circular fan element to distribute heat evenly. With the new steam discharge vent, you can control the ovens humidity by eliminating condensation when cooking a high water based dish like a stew or by retaining the moisture when baking bread. The oven includes two dual-height halogen lighting for perfect visual control.
The ovens interior is similar to cleaning a non-stick pack due to its easy clean enamel oven lining. All ILVE range cookers are A+ rated for energy efficiency.
Hob Details
The dual fuel model features 6 high quality, cast-iron individual pan supports and solid brass burners. With easy clean black nanotechnology coating, ILVEs burners are non-stick, easy to clean, durable and highly resistant to fire. The Milano 100cm dual fuel range cooker has 6 individual gas burners controlled with one hand ignition: 2 x 4.3kW double ring wok burner, 3 x 3kW medium burners and 1 x 1.4kW small burner. LPG jets can be fitted by request.
Safety Features
ILVEs cookers are designed to ensure the safety of its users, including a fascia fan to keep the controls cool. The oven doors are cool touch with triple glazed glass and the burners feature a flame safety decide to shut off gas if the flame goes out. Finally, every ILVE cooker features a child safety lock, perfect for young families.
