How long after ordering will the installation of my Aga begin? |

| We ask that you give us approximately six weeks between
the ordering of your Aga and its installation, but this is the maximum
time required. Should you desire an urgent installation, please discuss
your requirements with us. |

| The Aga arrives in pieces, packed on a wooden pallet(s).
In terms of size, there have to date been no instances where we have
not been able to move an Aga into the house. We will ask that you
check the appliance once it is assembled and installed and run through
the handover procedure. |

| Prices on the estimate include supply, delivery and
assembly. In some cases the ancillary/site works are also estimated
for. We tailor each installation to each client’s individual requirements.

Do I need to be there prior and during installation? |
| |
| Answer |

| |
| It is advisable, so that we can answer any of your
queries prior to installation. Should you be unable to be there, your
builder, architect or designer must be there to check the work for
you and make any final flue connections. The handover process will
also allow our engineers to answer any queries you may have, as well
as running through hints and tips and the lighting procedure and servicing
requirements. |

What condition is my Aga in? Can I use it when the installer
leaves? |

| When the installer leaves, the Aga will be lit and
will take about 6-8 hours to reach a working temperature. A protective
layer of oil must burn off prior to using the appliance, which takes
about one hour. |
