Position: Service Supervisor

My employment with Edwards & Godding began in 2002 when I joined as a part-time assistant to help in the Service department. I instantly loved my role booking in service work, ensuring it was allocated correctly to the engineers. I also processed their paperwork and updated our database. I was eventually persuaded to extend my hours to full time which enabled me to take on the task of Service Supervisor and although while trying to raise two young children this role can be frantic and fast paced, I really enjoy the pressure and the challenges I have to deal with in order to maintain the smooth running of the department and the level of customer care our customers have come to expect.

My two children keep me busy outside of work. They have recently introduced me to the Nintendo DS and we link up and play lots of brain training games which I love.  I think you could say I am certainly challenged all round but when I do get a chance to relax it's either with my iPod, a good book and a bottle of red wine or with family and friends and lots of red wine!!
